Bupa Clinics in Guildford seeks a Health Advisor to support health assessments and patient education. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a starting salary of £28,700 plus a range of benefits.

You will conduct clinical tests, create lifestyle plans, and promote healthier living. Educated to degree level in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition, you should have strong customer-facing skills, accuracy in records, and the ability to motivate clients to change

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/ nutrition essential.
• Customer facing experience essential.
• Experience of measurement or assessment in health/fitness or medical environment desirable.
• Accuracy in information recording and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and tailor approach.
• Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes.

Aufgaben

• Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in end-to-end processes.
• Promote and encourage healthier lifestyle in line with clinical policies.
• Carry out clinical tests (e.g., body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, blood tests, BP measurement, cholesterol, ECG, audiometry, movement screening).
• Create individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing to promote behaviour change.
