Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a proactive Wellness Coach at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club to inspire members toward healthier lifestyles through personalised coaching and wellness inductions.

You will design individual fitness plans, monitor progress, and, where appropriate, deliver PT sessions to grow your client base within our premium facility. A supportive, inclusive team and career development await.

Qualifications

• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
• A Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
• CPR, First Aid or AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised coaching on health and wellness topics and deliver wellness inductions.
• Create tailored exercise programmes based on goals and lifestyle; monitor progress.
• Build authentic member relationships, drive engagement, upsell services and retain memberships.
• Maintain gym hygiene and safety, and perform routine cleaning checks.
• Deliver high-quality PT sessions and develop a growing PT client base.

Education

CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
