Job summary

The Calcot Collection is seeking a passionate fitness professional to join Calcot Club. You will motivate members, lead fitness classes, and design tailored training plans while ensuring safety and excellent service across our facilities.

Responsibilities include gym inductions, promoting one-to-one Personal Training, and supporting pool area duties. A strong commitment to wellbeing and work-life balance is essential.

Qualifications

• Motivate members to reach fitness goals and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Instruct a variety of fitness classes for Club members and residents.
• Understand gym equipment and facilities for safe use and demonstrations.
• Provide gym inductions and design tailored programs for new members.
• Encourage and develop one-to-one Personal Training partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Motivate members to reach fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Instruct a variety of inspiring Fitness Classes to Club members and residents.
• Have a full understanding of the gym equipment and facilities.
• Provide Gym Inductions and tailor programmes for new members.
• Pro-actively engage Members for one to one Personal Training.
• Complete daily water quality tests of pool and outdoor pool with accurate records.
