The Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is seeking a Mental Wellbeing & Football Lead Coach to deliver inclusive football sessions while promoting positive mental health. This UK-based role combines coaching with community wellbeing work, using sport to support children, young people and adults across Sussex.

Based at our Brighton offices with evening hours, the role involves delivering safe, supportive sessions, driving continuous improvement and working with a dedicated team to grow wellbeing

Location: 136 Freshfield Road offices, Brighton, BN2 0BR

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (which will include evening working)

Job Type: Fixed term until 31st August 2027

In this unique role, you will use football as a tool to engage the community, deliver positive mental health messaging, and provide a safe space for participants to build their self-esteem. You'll deliver inclusive sessions, integrating mental health, provide critical support and drive continuous improvement. If you are an excellent coach who cares deeply about community wellbeing and mental health, we want you on our team.
