Job summary

BCG is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to plan, create and deliver the home's leisure and wellness programme, tailoring activities to each resident's needs and interests. You will lead efforts to ensure a diverse range of engaging activities, spend time with residents to understand their preferences, and deliver person-centred care that enhances wellbeing.

Weekend availability is advantageous. Successful candidates will join a supportive team and have opportunity for personal development

Qualifications

• Experience in care or activities coordination is desirable.
• Strong planning and people skills.
• PVG check and right to work in the UK are required or anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, creation, and delivery of the home’s leisure and wellness programme.
• Lead efforts to ensure a programme of individual activities is available to residents.
• Spend time getting to know residents and tailor activities to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, engaging community.
