We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Voice and Community Wellbeing, the Team Leader is responsible for delivering MSV’s Wellbeing and Tenancy Sustainment services in collaboration across the Group and with external partners.

Responsibilities of the Wellbeing & Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader
  1. Lead, manage, and motivate the team, working collaboratively across the Group.
  2. Lead and be responsible for delivering initiatives that benefit MSV’s customers.
  3. Implement relevant tenancy sustainability strategies, policies, and procedures.
  4. Identify, deliver, and review wellbeing and sustained support services.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximize joint working and promote interagency collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
  • Level 4 qualification in Chartered Institute of Housing or willingness to work towards.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel across the Northwest.
  • Experience in managing people effectively.
  • Experience in delivering wellbeing support and managing related services.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
