NSFT is offering a Team Lead role within the Wellbeing Suffolk Service, spanning Step 2 and Step 3. The post requires an inspiring leader with a strong clinical background in mental health to help achieve service goals.
The successful candidate will have experience in Primary Care settings as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, CBT therapist or Mental Health Practitioner. On-site 2–3 days per week with supervision and leadership development opportunities.
Due to a recent service expansion, we are able to offer another Team Lead role in the Wellbeing Suffolk Service. This post will be working across Step 2 and Step 3. To best work in the existing team, post holders will need to be passionate, motivated, and inspirational leaders with a real drive to support the service goals.
The Team Lead position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong clinical background in mental health and a good understanding of the challenges of working in Primary Care as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Mental Health Practitioner.
As a service, we offer a range of psychological, employment and community interventions across Suffolk. At Step 2 this includes high volume evidence-based practice in the form of one-to-one guided self- help, predominantly delivered by telephone, psycho-educational groups and computerised CBT. At Step 3 we offer individual and group CBT, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Couples Therapy for Depression, Counselling for Depression and EMDR.
You will be offered robust supervision and access to the NSFT Leadership Academy, providing opportunities for Coaching, Mentorship and Leadership training. The Service has strong links with the University of East Anglia and a keen interest in research at all steps.
Please note there will be an expectation of working on site for 2-3 days per week.
