We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and organised Wellbeing Specialist to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing team within People Services. This role will be a 12 months fixed term contract. You will help deliver wellbeing initiatives, training and support across the Force, working with officers, staff, managers, peer supporters and external partners to promote positive wellbeing, reduce stigma and ensure colleagues can access the right support at the right time. The role is flexible and may involve travel and occasional work outside normal office hours. The role is varied and will include delivering wellbeing activity, providing information and signposting, supporting colleagues following difficult or traumatic situations, and helping to coordinate key wellbeing programmes such as TRiM, neurodiversity support and peer support. You will need to be confident working with sensitive information, maintaining professional boundaries and engaging with people across all levels of the organisation.
