NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a friendly Keyholder for our NEOM Wellbeing Hub at Bicester Village. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive sales across a part-time 21-hour week.

You'll work across 3-4 days, including weekends and evenings, and bring a genuine passion for wellbeing. We value warm, confident interactions and a commitment to our brand standards and customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is desirable.
• A passion for wellbeing and helping others.
• Strong customer service and the ability to inspire colleagues.
• Self-motivated with high standards.
• Experience working with sales targets or goals.
• Confident communicator who treats customers with kindness and respect.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available across weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of NEOM customer experience in store.
• Drive forward sales and company objectives.
• Assist the store team and management with daily tasks.
• Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet and people.
• Work on initiatives and be proactive.
• Maintain company standards at all times.
• Ensure top housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
