Job summary

Nuffield Health in Ealing is seeking a Wellbeing Personal Trainer for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week role. Salary from £29,045 PA (pro-rata) with excellent benefits and paid holiday. This role focuses on growing PT hours, delivering diverse sessions, and contributing to members’ health goals.

Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA Practitioner level is required. You’ll have access to the organisation’s extensive wellness services and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA membership at Practitioner level.
• Experience as a Personal Trainer desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations with confidence.
• Carry out high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes and group sessions.
• Support gym floor duties and help members achieve fitness goals.
• Provide assessments and contribute to wellbeing and corporate programmes.
• Take advantage of clear career progression toward wellbeing lead roles.
• Access in-house training and CPD opportunities to upskill.
