Job summary

Nuffield Health Group is seeking a Personal Trainer for our Chislehurst gym. This part-time role (8 hours per week) offers a salary from £30,085.12 up to £43,401.28 OTE pro rata and excludes training fees at our facilities.

You’ll be REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualified with strong communication skills, delivering high-quality PT sessions and contributing to member wellbeing. Career progression opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA membership.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations.
• Induct clients, develop programmes, and run group sessions.
• Support gym duties and promote wellbeing among members.
• Pursue clear career progression and training opportunities.
