Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Personal Trainer for our Chigwell gym on a permanent contract. Flexible hours with a salary from £30,085.12 to £43,401.28 OTE pro rata. Excellent benefits including paid annual leave.

You’ll need REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and be an outgoing, confident communicator. Part-time and full-time options available, with paid gym floor hours to help build your client base.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
• Evidence of CIMSPA certification likely requested at interview stage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions to a variety of populations.
• Carry out inductions and health checks for members.
• Provide group exercise sessions and gym duties to maintain a high standard environment.
• Support members to grow their PT client base and maintain an active schedule.
