Job summary

Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest healthcare charity, invites a Part-time Personal Trainer to join Stockley Park FWC. The role covers 16 hours per week on the gym floor and opportunities to grow PT hours, with pro rata pay from £29,461.12 to £40,905.28 OTE.

You’ll be REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above), a confident communicator who can motivate members, deliver varied sessions, inductions and group activities, and progress within the Wellbeing team.

Qualifications

• Must have REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Strong ability to motivate and guide members toward fitness goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of personal training sessions and consultations.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions.
• Support gym operations and general duties on the gym floor.
• Progress PT clients to grow earning potential and hours.
• Pursue clear career progression within Wellbeing and management paths.
