Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver major programmes in the UK & Ireland. You will work with Programme Directors, leadership teams and executive sponsors to set direction and delivery principles that drive workforce performance and safe, sustainable outcomes.

In this role you will influence major clients, build trusted relationships with partners and delivery organisations, and apply practical governance insight from inception through delivery to shape leadership and culture
