Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a senior, programme-facing leader to shape leadership, culture and workforce performance from the outset. This is not a traditional wellbeing role; it focuses on how major programmes are established, governed, financed and delivered.

You will work with Programme Directors, leadership teams and executive sponsors, building trusted client relationships and delivering practical solutions that enable programmes to perform safely, sustainably and at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in establishing, governing and delivering major programmes.
• Ability to influence leadership, culture and workforce performance from the outset.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
