Job summary

Nuffield Health, Cannock, is seeking a Personal Trainer. The role is part time (8 hours) per week at our Cannock gym. You’ll need REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner and a natural ability to listen and motivate members.

You will deliver PT sessions, inductions, and Personal Best programmes while helping clients achieve fitness goals. We offer wellbeing support, paid holiday, and the chance to grow within a charity that prioritises health.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Strong communication and listening skills to connect with members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations.
• Carry out inductions and create Personal Best programmes.
• Support gym members to reach fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Provide group and one-to-one training sessions.
• Contribute to a positive gym environment and member engagement.
