Cinnamon Care Collection in Worthing is seeking a flexible Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to cover annual leave and ad hoc sickness on an 'as and when' basis. Rotas are planned in advance so you will have notice of days/weeks to be worked.

The Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator role is a hands-on working role with responsibility for coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon home.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and physical stimulation for residents.
• Help organise fund raising events.
• Help organise special events such as Christmas entertainment and royal occasions.
• Help produce a monthly programme of events to discuss with the General Manager.
• Encourage residents and team members to participate in the home’s activities programme.
• Maintenance of posters and notice boards within the home.

We are looking for a flexible Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator to work on an ‘as and when’ basis to cover annual leave and ad hoc sickness. Rotas are planned in advance so you will have notice of days/weeks to be worked.

The Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator role is a hands-on working role with responsibility for coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents.

To introduce appropriate activities for older people which support independence and to identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist residents to integrate into the local community.

Main Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage both social, mental and if appropriate physical stimulation for the residents within the home
• To help organise fund raising events.
• To help organise special events i.e. Christmas entertainment, Ascot, Royal Occasion, etc.
• To help produce a monthly programme of events to be discussed with the General Manager of the home.
• To encourage residents and team members to participate in the homes activities programme.
• Maintenance of posters and notice boards within the home.
