Job summary

Strathmore College in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our Education team. You will support students across all key stages with wellbeing interventions and monitoring, adapting practices as needed to promote positive outcomes.

The role includes coordinating anxiety/anger management, mindfulness, resilience building, and mentoring activities, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding. Training and DBS/PVG processes are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting wellbeing across key stages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and present interventions for students (individual or groups) including anxiety and anger management, relaxation strategies, mindfulness, and resilience.
• Train and support ELSAs to provide cohesive interventions.
• Lead on student mentoring provision with guidelines and materials for staff.
