A community organization in Leeds is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to support individuals in accessing non-medical support. The role involves holistic assessments and linking people to services that enhance wellbeing. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for promoting diversity. This position offers full-time (37 hours) and part-time (18.5 hours) opportunities, with salaries ranging from £14,231 to £26,936 pro rata based on hours worked.
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Linking Leeds. You’ll support individuals to access non-medical support by completing holistic assessments, co-creating personal Wellbeing Plans, and linking people to community groups and services that boost mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Working across GP practices, community venues, and occasionally from home, you’ll help people build resilience, independence, and a better quality of life.
We are looking for someone with a passion for reducing health inequalities and promoting diversity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and someone who’s comfortable working across different locations.
We are currently recruiting for 2X Wellbeing coordinator role, 37‑hours per week, Salary: £25,392‑£26,936‑FTE per annum, pro rata. 1X‑18.5 Hours per week role with Feel Good Factor—city wide with targeted team, Salary: £14,231.
