Marie Curie is seeking a Wellbeing & Support Healthcare Assistant to join the WaSH team at Cardiff and the Vale Hospice on a part-time basis. You will provide compassionate end-of-life care, manage bookings, and maintain patient records, combining clinical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires NVQ2 in Health & Social Care, strong communication, and confidentiality.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Level 2 qualification.
• 6 months of recent care delivery experience in health or social care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate empathetically.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, volunteers and staff.
• Booking and managing appointments, activities, workshops and clinics.
• Maintaining accurate records, inputting patient information and clinical notes into electronic systems.
