Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is seeking a Wellbeing Assistant to support patients with life-limiting conditions at the Cambridge-based Living Well service, with one community day per week across Cambridgeshire. This fixed-term post lasts 6 months and includes full-time hours (37.5 per week) with flexible part-time job share options.

The role requires a valid driving licence and entails DBS checks and travel across Cambridgeshire.

Qualificações

• Hold either a Level 3 vocational qualification (e.g. Health & Social Care) or Care Certificate or hold a Level 2 qualification and have significant experience within a relevant clinical field, such as palliative or end of life care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised and holistic emotional, psychological and practical support to patients with advanced serious illness and to their families and carers.
• Design and implement individual care programmes and plan/co-ordinate patient support groups.
• Travel across Cambridgeshire as required by the role.
