Avery Healthcare is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. You will deliver a broad programme of activities to support residents’ physical, psychological and social wellbeing, while upholding privacy, dignity and rights.
Key duties include life-story development, monthly and weekly wellbeing plans, and coordinating activities with staff, relatives, and visitors. DBS check will be funded by Avery and UK work eligibility is required.

Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
