Responsibilities

• Promote general health and mental wellbeing of residents through activities.
• Provide access to recreational activities to keep residents engaged.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain care plans and record activity details in records.
• Assist with moving and handling and falls prevention where appropriate.
• Support health and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
