Job summary

Clement Park Care Home is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver a varied leisure and wellness programme for residents. You will lead the development of individual activities and tailor leisure pursuits to enhance wellbeing and daily living in a supportive care home setting.
