Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator for Netley Court, a 65-bed residential care home in Netley Abbey. This is an on-site bank/relief role covering annual leave and ad hoc sickness with advance rotas.

The role manages activities and volunteers, communicates activity-focused programs to residents, and helps integrate residents into the local community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Ability to organise activities.
• Outgoing and fun to be around.
• IT literacy – competent with the use of systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental and physical stimulation for residents.
• Produce a monthly programme of events to discuss with the General Manager.
• Encourage residents and staff to participate in the activities programme.
• Maintain posters and notice boards within the home.
