Catch22 is seeking a part-time practitioner to work across Gloucestershire, supporting service users to manage emotions and build daily living skills. The role involves collaboration with HMPPS, voluntary sector and other criminal justice partners to achieve outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a driving license, basic maths and English, and experience with Microsoft Office and safeguarding. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required.
Your role will be to support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and deliver Interventions to foster self-confidence by knowing how to access appropriate support. You will also support service users to increase capacity to undertake activities to support daily living and encourage service users to engage multi-agency partners for treatment and other professionals/services (MH teams/support groups).
This role will involve working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services and achieve the required outputs and outcomes.
Successful post-holders will need to have a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.

Shifts will typically take place between 09:00 and 17:00, with occasional evening work required until 19:30. Working days can be discussed at interview, although availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday is preferred.
