Job summary

Academics is seeking a Well-being Support Assistant for a friendly primary school in Chelmsford, Essex. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with SEND/SEMH needs and work with an inclusive team to differentiate tasks.

Ideal candidates are psychology graduates aiming for careers in education, therapy, or mental health, with a passion for helping all pupils flourish. The role starts ASAP and runs term-time, Monday to Friday, with CPD provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
• Work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff.
• Differentiate tasks for students.
• Work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks.
• High quality and bespoke CPD to be provided.
