The successful candidate will be a calm and reassuring presence within the school and will work closely with students, teachers, pastoral staff, senior leaders, parents and carers. You will need to deal with a wide range of situations professionally, from minor injuries and illness through to welfare concerns that require further action or escalation.

This position would suit someone who is highly organised, approachable and able to remain composed when dealing with unexpected situations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that appropriate procedures are followed consistently.
