Qualifications

• CSCS Green card required.
• Experience in site welfare cleaning or construction site support.
• Full PPE required (Hard Hat, High-Vis, Steel Toe Cap Boots, Gloves).
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all site welfare areas (canteens, offices, drying rooms, toilets).
• Conduct regular cleaning, sanitisation and waste management across communal units.
• Monitor and restock welfare supplies (soap, paper towels, sanitiser, cleaning consumables).
• Assist site management with light general labour and site housekeeping when needed.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained on site.
