Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a Welfare Benefits Adviser to join the Macmillan Welfare Rights Team. The role focuses on providing welfare benefits advice to maximise income for clients and their families, including those treated at the RUH and supported by Dorothy House.

You will work within a friendly, supportive team dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate challenging circumstances with confidence.

Qualifications

• Previous casework experience in welfare benefits is desirable.
• Strong ability to empower vulnerable clients and provide person-centred support.
