Qualifikationen

• Welding experience with knowledge of modern welding techniques.
• Experience with weld sets and related equipment.
• Good communication (written and oral).
• Understanding of health and safety.
• Willingness to work across all shifts.
• Good PC skills in MS Office.
• Ability to read Engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Product & Process.
• Strong problem solving and initiative.
• Ability to adapt and innovate.

Aufgaben

• Work to targets and deadlines.
• Actively contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with weld compliance manager, weld trainer, CAV SMEs and Operations supervision to ensure process adherence.
• Be comfortable with shop floor and office-based working.
• Be flexible across dayshift, backshift and nightshift.
• Deliver reports and presentations with findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Willing to undertake training and further learning as required.
