Job summary

E3recruitment is recruiting for a Welder Fabricator based in Pontefract. You will read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings, fabricate parts from mild steel, Zintec and galvanised sheet, and weld to specification.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£17.38–£20.86), 31 days holiday, private health and dental cover, overtime paid at a premium, and genuine opportunities for progression within a growing manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings to fabricate components to specification.
• Measure, mark out, cut, bend and assemble metal materials using fabrication tools and equipment.
• Check drawings, specifications and required parts before starting work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Fabricate, weld and construct metal components using mild steel, Zintec and galvanised sheet materials.
• Grind, finish and inspect completed products, carrying out quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards.
• Complete quality documentation and adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
