Interaction Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator to join a team in Wellingborough, working on structural steel projects. The role involves MIG welding, fabrication to precise specifications, and reading engineering drawings to ensure quality results.

You will uphold safety standards, maintain accurate workmanship, and collaborate with colleagues on long-term projects with competitive pay and overtime opportunities. Shift is 4pm–2am, full-time PAYE or CIS.
