Interaction Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator for a Wellingborough-based structural steel role. You will MIG weld and fabricate to exact specifications, read and interpret drawings, and maintain high quality and safety standards on site.

The ideal candidate has proven MIG welding and fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Bonus points for TIG or Stick welding, crane or forklift certification, and previous structural steel project

Salary: Excellent Rates + Overtime + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time PAYE or CIS

Shift: 9 Backshift 4pm till 2am
