Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training in Worcester is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our workshop team. You will fabricate and weld structural steel from drawings, set and check dimensions, and ensure workmanship meets safety and quality standards in a busy, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of steel fabrication processes.
• Ability to accurately measure, mark out and assemble steelwork.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications are advantageous but not essential where practical experience is strong.

Responsibilities
