Job description

Welder/Fabricator

Location: Worcester

Shift: Double Days 5.30am-1.30pm and 2pm-10.30pm, with 8pm finish on Friday.

The Role

• Weld and fabricate machined parts to company standards, which are prepared and palleted. Full product training will be provided.
• Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly teams.
• Follow technical drawings.

Requirements

• Welding experience within a manufacturing environment; fabrication experience is advantageous.
• Highly motivated and a positive team member.
• Understand the importance of working to deadlines, with a focus on customer satisfaction and production targets.
