Fabricator Welder

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client based in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute MIG welding tasks with precision; TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Operate handheld, powered tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members whilst also being capable of working independently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent timekeeping and adhere to production deadlines.
• Produce high-quality work while working within tight tolerances.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of fully qualified experience as a welder/fabricator.
• Proven experience as a coded welder.
• Familiarity with BS EN 1090 welding procedures is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A valid driving licence is essential due to our rural location.

Experience Required:

• Fabricating: 3 years (mandatory)
• MIG Welding: Required
• TIG Welding: Preferred
• Forklift operation: Preferred
