OTE £37,121.00 - £46,010.00 per year

Guaranteed basic starting salary £37,121.00 per annum.

This is a permanent role with ongoing progression encouraged, including skill-based pay increases, overtime at enhanced rates, and monthly bonuses.

The role is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hoyland, Barnsley. Role Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication & welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified standards.
2. Operating automated plasma/seam welders.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in fabrication and MIG welding.
• Experience using jigs and fixtures for high-quality, repetitive manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG experience is desirable.

Working Hours & Salary:

Rotating day shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday, with Friday shifts from 06:00 to 11:30 or 11:30 to 17:00. Shift bonus applicable. Salary includes a guaranteed minimum of £37,121 annually, with overtime paid at premium rates and additional monthly bonuses based on business performance.
