Job summary

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Welder for a Lincoln-based position. You will perform MIG welding on aluminium and mild steel, fabricating frame assemblies and supporting production activities in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with an hourly rate from £15.00 DOE. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers hands-on workshop experience and potential long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience with aluminium and mild steel.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Good practical and mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a team-focused workplace.
• Strong, checkable employment references.
