Job description

Our client, based in Ilkeston, is looking for an experienced and motivated welder to join their growing team.

Hours & Pay:

• Rotating Days & Afternoons:

• Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) / 7:00am - 2:30pm (Friday) - £13.19 per hour
• Afternoons: 1:30pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday) - £15.07

Key Responsibilities:

•Performing welding and assembly tasks

• Set up and operate welding machines

• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

•Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

•Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience with welding equipment or manufacturing machinery

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
