The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a ReliefBar Host to join our friendly hospitality teamat our Lovat FieldsRetirement Village based in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedBar Host to join our friendly team and support the village’s commitment in delivering ExtraCare’s mission of “better lives for older people".

• Position: Bar Host-Relief
• Hourly Rate: £13.23per hour
• Hours: Ad hoc - to cover holiday, sickness, weekends, evenings, events
• Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

ExtraCare does not participate in the current “UK Visa Sponsorship” scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.

What will you do as our Relief Bar Host?

• Welcome all customers and provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service.
• Support in arranging bar entertainments.
• Carry out quality training, supervision or coaching of our bar volunteers or other staff.
• Carry out stock control procedures and ensure all stock takes are carried out correctly.
• Positively promote sales awareness within the bar team.
• Be aware of who the personal License Holder is, and challenge suspected underage drinking.

• Be personable and friendly, and have empathy towards our residents.
• Have previous experience or customer service experience.
• Be able to work as part of a team and beflexible
