Ambitions Personnel is seeking a Weighbridge Operator and Administrator for a healthily paced site in Horncastle. You will weigh vehicles, record data, and help keep the Yard organised while supporting the team with various duties.

This role blends office work with outdoor tasks and offers on-site training. You will start immediately on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday mornings after training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Willingness to work both in an office and outdoors in the Yard.
• Basic computer skills; full training provided on site.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Record data and maintain organised records.
• Support site safety by following guidance and working with internal teams.
• Assist in the Yard, including emptying trailers and guiding customers.
• Handle enquiries and payments over the phone when required.
