Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or office-based roles.
• Excellent customer service and accuracy.
• Good IT, keyboard and data entry skills.
• Ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Desirable: Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Desirable: Experience in environmental, waste, logistics or compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet site visitors, contractors and customers.
• Record vehicle weights and process paperwork.
• Direct traffic safely across the site.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Process payments and validate licences using site systems.
• Produce reports and confidential documents for the team.
