Job summary

Key duties include general mechanical repairs, routine health checks, MOT repair work and tyre changes, with an emphasis on quality first-time fixes.

The role requires a Level 2 qualification (NVQ, C&G or IMI), proven workshop experience and a full UK driving licence. Weekly pay and onsite parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification (NVQ, C&G or IMI).
• Proven previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general mechanical repairs in-line with approved methods and processes.
• Perform servicing and routine health checks.
• Undertake MOT repair work.
• Conduct tyre changes.
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard on the first attempt.
