• Experience in warehouse, administration or customer service.
• Team Leader or supervisory experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trailers and sorting parcels into delivery routes
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness
• Supporting drivers and monitoring delivery activity through internal systems
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Reviewing delivery compliance and updating spreadsheets
• Assisting with daily operational flow to ensure efficiency
