Radis Community Care in Malvern is recruiting a Waking Nights Support Worker for our Extra Care Scheme based in Clarence Park, Malvern. You will support elderly residents with mobility, personal care and activities, working weekends 10pm–7am in a lone-working role with on-call support.

Full training and ongoing development are provided. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity and comfort in familiar surroundings, with benefits including paid mileage, pension and training

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities, including washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas, communal areas and bedrooms on request.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in daily care and activities.
• This role is weekends only, 10pm–7am, with lone working but an on-call system for support.
