Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker for Childwick House in Newmarket. You will assist older adults to stay independent, help with mobility, personal care, and ensure a safe, comfortable night routine.

You will engage residents in light activities, monitor wellbeing, and respond to needs in a respectful way, upholding dignity, choice and on-site support from the Radis team. This role offers structured training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care is preferred.
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Help with personal care such as washing and dressing.
• Support residents with meals and social activities at night.
