Job summary

The Entertainer in Brighton is hiring a Weekend Sales Assistant to support customers and drive sales on weekends. You will be the friendly face on Saturdays and Sundays, helping customers choose toys, demonstrate products, and maintain store standards.

We offer a range of benefits and flexible hours; the role emphasises great customer experience, teamwork and a passion for toys. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• 16-20 year olds - £11.30 per hour.
• 21-year-old plus - £12.86 per hour.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Confident and approachable.
• Hardworking and ambitious.
• Caring and excited about selling toys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Share knowledge about our product range and offer helpful advice to customers.
• Demonstrate products and participate in occasional character visit days.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
