Job summary

MacIntyre Care is looking for a Weekend Support Worker to assist three young men in Buckinghamshire. You will support daily living, accompany them on activities, and help build life skills in a sociable weekend setting.

The role includes training, induction, and ongoing support as part of a committed care team. A UK driving licence is required to enable community outings and activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and great communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Willing to learn and adapt to training provided.
• Must have a UK manual or automatic driving licence.
