Responsibilities include planning confidence-building activities, creating a welcoming home environment, and being a dependable presence through good and challenging days. A clean UK manual driving licence is required.

• Experience isn’t required; the right attitude and willingness to learn matter.
• Strong customer service and values-driven approach are preferred.
